Hills of Davisburg - Allen Edwin Homes

The homes are listed as condos but in reality they are houses! The backyard has a steep slope away from the house due to what they call for drainage! The house will take several years to settle and they will give you a hard time about fixing the problem, or for any problems that you might have! The garages are too small for your car to fit, unless you have a small car! If you don’t believe that then just drive through any one of their other properties and look at all the cars and trucks that are in the driveways! The garages are too short and too narrow! The driveway is the same way! If I were to buy another one, I would make sure that these problems and others were solved and written down in the contract before signing it to make sure that everything is covered without question!!

This builder wasted a month of my time and even allowed me to sign a contract, all the while knowing that they only allow certain lots to have solar panels and they knew how important it was to me. Putting aside the complete waste of my time (and thank goodness I canceled in time), they shouldn't be discriminating. If one person is allowed to have solar panels, they ALL should be allowed! It's actually Allen Edwin that's preventing it, not the association. I don't quite understand it but they have a lawyer who's making some very bad decisions and can somehow enforce this.

Go away!!! Quit building around here leave the land alone.. Its not going to look like up North with all your cheap ugly houses in the way.. furthermore it's surrounded all by hunting land so good luck people shooting guns all around the neighborhood
