I SIMPLY LOVE MY CONDO. THIS WAS BYE FAR THE BEST PURCHASE EVER.. RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM WOODMONT BAPTIST CHURCH. EVERY MORNING I LOOK OUT AND SAY THANK YOU LORD FOR ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY IN YOUR PRESENTS. AMEN..

The location is one of the best features to this place. Even with all of the current traffic on 440 its still only 10 mins to downtown from here. Very pet friendly, and no dogs that just bark in their condo all day. Interior garden is flawlessly maintained and has a beautiful variety of plants and trees. Pool is nice in the summer but does get crowded. Most of all the outdoor grills are maintained and kept clean. For me its an excellent bonus! Only realy flaws of this place is that they can't seem to ever consistently keep all 3 gates functioning properly. It seems like they are always malfunctioning. And the speed bumps here are no joke. No matter how slow you go they are very aggressive. Great place to live otherwise!

The sign that describe which apartment is in each building, have no lights on them and as soon as sun is down, you have no idea which building your particular condo is in if you’re delivering for Doordash. So if you’re wanting to move here and you won’t Doordash that’s not gonna really work. Your food‘s gonna be super slow. Because there’s no light on the numbers outside And they sequentially every apartment so one building goes up to 326 and then the next building starts at 3:27. The number system is nothing like you normally fine at apartment complexes or condos.

Nicely maintained. The speed bumps are no joke. Go slow. Plenty of pet clean up bags and trash cans available. Quiet neighborhood. The gates seem to have issues calling the residents and opening correctly as of late.

My son lived here at one time. Yes, I believe some very smart,intelligent folks live here. I think they have good amnesties and I liked the fact it was gated for security. Well maintained grounds
