Hilliard Village Apartments & Townhomes

I moved here back in September of 2025 and so far I think the new management is working hard and killing it with these apartments. Katherine has a warm personality and is very outgoing and patient with a great smile. She will make sure you understand the lease before you sign. I have nothing but good things to say about her work ethic, and commitment to ensure you get a good experience with your lease. The leasing team is nice and welcoming. My unit was very clean when I assumed it, and maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Overall I’ve had a pleasant experience thus far. Also if you like FREE food the leasing team will occasionally credit meals with a food truck for the first 20 customers. They send out alerts with the number they have on file. Austin did a wonderful job answering all my questions and giving me a tour. The apartment was very nice and clean. The office smelt good and was clean. Austin went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed. Highly recommended coming and touring but only ask for Austin!
