Tonya, the assistant manager, is fantastic. She communicates clearly, is always friendly and helpful, and truly goes the extra mile to support residents. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any work orders I submit—they’re efficient, reliable, and get things done in a timely manner. Even though the property may have received some negative reviews, I would still recommend it 100%. The professionalism of the staff, the responsiveness to maintenance issues, and the genuine care they show for residents really make all the difference.

Tiffany, the manager at this apartment was so friendly and nice and understood my concerns and helped me in such a tight window. I appreciate the service and always will request to work with her amazing customer service and very fashionable.

I cannot speak to the quality of the apartments as, unfortunately, I can't seem able to view one. I emailed requesting specific tour dates and times to no response. I stopped by in person around 1pm and they had a sign up as "Out to lunch until 2:30." I recieved an automated email today claiming I missed my tour but have yet to speak to a real person. They seem like nice apartments but I can't imagine living here if management is so inaccessible.

I’ve lived here the past two years and the amount of noise and overall discourse from a specific set of apartments and people and their children and nothing has been done about it is insane. It’s 11pm right now and I’ve just been woken up by this group fighting outside. When I let the complex know I was not renewing they ask you on paper the reasons and after multiple gunshots, people driving their cars all over the grass and yelling at 330am, car break ins, constant fighting and yelling at all hours of the night, unattended children, food and trash left from said children, the same couple with a white dog that sits outside screaming at each other for the entire complex to hear and the sexual harassment I have received from the unaccompanied minors at the pool when I first moved in, to whi

We like this place so much! We’re planning to stay longer. We have everything we need here, it’s near downtown, walmart, dollar tree and also opry mall. There are a lot of restaurants nearby it’s just 8-10min ride. So happy that we found this place.
