Hilldale Gardens Apartments

I've lived here 3 years now and I still pinch myself. Spring here is beautiful! Everything about this place is everything I didn't even know I wanted. I love it here. XOXO

The best rental to call home! My partner and I lived at Hilldale for about two years and never had a single issue. Robin was always incredibly helpful and friendly, and Jeff was always quick to any repairs needed which were minimal. Incredibly pet friendly place so bringing in a puppy was a smooth transition and plenty of space to walk around and the pet area for some off leash fun. Everyone living at Hilldale is very friendly and laid back as well. We ended up moving because we had purchased a house but would have otherwise stayed longer. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Beautiful, quiet setting, just off the beaten path, but close to everything. Quiet and clean, the units are really nice with thoughtful upgrades. The fenced in dog run, pool and Rec. room are all nice perks. Plenty of parking. The best part is the staff, so helpful and knowledgeable... Robin and Jeff are the best you could ask for in a management team. Highly recommend this little gem in sw Portland.

Having rented my entire life, Hilldale Gardens is the finest place I’ve ever lived. I’ve never called a rented place “home.” Here, I do. Why? 1) The owner and management staff is committed to a quality apartment community. The property is upgraded, things are maintained, operations are efficient. There is pride here. It makes a difference. 2) Nature is embracing and interwoven. You descend into a lovingly landscaped property, surrounded by trees, which provides seclusion, solitude, and a sense of security. 61 solidly-built apartment-home units are spread over 4-1/2 acres, set down, off the street. Green space is ample. Living space is ample. Hilldale Gardens is thoughtfully designed. 3) My apartment is cozy, bright, comfortable, quiet, economical. Everything works in a “harmony of home:”

Lived here for 5 years and love it. Great manager and grounds keeper. Quiet and calm. Not for partyers they would not like it.
