My husband was cussed out by the maintenance guy this morning for parking in his designated parking spot. My husband was visiting the office from a local nonprofit, boys and girls club , he wasn’t familiar with the area. It was completely uncalled for to be cussed out for parking there. No one deserves to be treated the way my husband was treated. When living in an apartment complex you expect to have a kind, helpful and intelligent maintenance worker as you will have the most contact with them out of all the other staff. After today’s experience, I would not recommend anyone to live somewhere where they are treated so poorly. It doesn’t seem like they are fond of promoting a friendly community. Avoid this place.

Mean old Karen came out at me threatening to call cops for trespassing all the while we’re repaving the neighborhood. I sincerely hope you find a better place to live. She came to me with pure hostility. I really hope she wasn’t staff because that’s the most unprofessional nonsense I’ve had to deal with since doing asphalt work in these neighborhoods.

Took forever to get a apartment lost my application 4 times. Maintenance is horrible took me two weeks to get light bulbs for my apartment. Had to have family fix repairs to things because they could keep a maintenance man. Have been questioned and harassed since I have lived here by the office. Race is a Big probably here, and anyone can tell you that. If your black good luck with living here because the office will trust pass your family and friends so you can't have guest. I guess it cool to let your dogs attack black people as one resident did because she said it didn't like black people... Also I don't get how people have dogs and let them poop anywhere and not pick that up. I guess some people were not raised the way I was.

All I can say is , I've had my issues. I mean we all have issues that some may not agree with. If you talk to Mary Joe with respect you'll get the same in return. I've had issues with her and we would talk about it and resolve it. Simple ! If I ask for something to get done it gets done. I can't speak for others but I can say this lady has helped me out alot. In fact shes the one that got me in here in the first place. Again , if you talk / treat her with respect you will get the same in return. So with that being said, I've been here for almost 5 years now. If it was that bad I would of been gone. But here I am ! .

I been calling hillcrest commons in frederick for two week left messages on answering machine no call back no email, other places in the area calls back an email. Do anyone work there?
