It's a noisy place to live. Sometimes very quiet also. If you choose to rent an apartment here make sure choose upstairs. You can even hear downstairs conversation and noise from up stairs. Property is ok. Lot of smokers also. Maintenance blow dust on the cars every week in the parking lot. I would not recommend living here specially with family. You would find much better places within rent price nearby.

These are great apartments in a great area. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs. Also, the maintenance staff are quick to attend to any problems that arise.

Very small apts, 450 sq ft. When W/D was put in closet i had no room for my clothes. Ppl have to go through you bdrm to use bathroom. Manager Ashley has a nasty attitude.

People always bumming cigarettes, even if you don't smoke. "Emergency Maintenence" told me to wait until the next day to get my A/C fixed, thereby leaving a WHOLE BUILDING without A/C. Really sketchy people living here. Smell of marijuana smoke is often.

Great staff, they truly care.
