Hillcrest Apartments

Poorly maintained apartment complex in every aspect with high rent prices. I definitely do not plan to reside here for long. So very sad.

My mom has been staying here for years! I wouldn’t recommend to live over here at all. My mom went a month without air in her apartment in the summer time! Thank God she had somewhere to go. Before then it took about a 2 months for them to come and fix the drain in the bathroom. My mom just signed a new lease and they told her, her rent was going up to $800 some dollars they took out $900 some dollars now they talking about she still owes $600 some dollars it makes absolutely no sense! So they want her to pay $1,000??? Hillcrest ain’t worth that and they know it. Now they’re tryna scare her talking about eviction, shame on them! People in the office don’t even speak English so that’s a joke as well. She just went up to the office they told her one price now talking about a completely diffe

No deposits returned. Maintenance is nearly non existent. The office staff or maintenance persons do not speak English. Fronts of mailboxes have been missing for years. Terrible care given to structure and tenants.

I’ve been staying here for 4 years throughout my 4 years there have been serval managers. Today I received a phone call in the person was very rude. I’m under section 8 they did there annual inspection in November last year. In said that the floors in both bedrooms needed to be fix. Nothing has happened as of today 01/16/2024.l but someone very rube call my phone to tell me they will be filling for eviction. Now through out my 4 years there has been things need to be fix in my apartment. I’ve been very patient in nice throughout the process. But for someone to call in be rude to me because they not holding up there end in making sure my apartment is up to part. I do not recommend these apartments. They will tell you that they will fix things in nothing will ever get fix. I’ve never had so
