Julie was extremely helpful in helping my husband and I find a home in the Hill Country area of Texas. She was always professional. She got back to us in a timely manner. She went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor, both during the purchase and after we closed on the property. Her knowledge of the area and her knowledge as a real estate agent were exceptional. The professionals she referred us to, including the mortgage broker and the home inspector, were top of the line. We have already recommended her to friends who are looking to buy a home in the Hill Country area. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Julie Quest-Brooks helped us sell a home in Comfort, TX. We had had several listing agents list the home before her and they all had little success finding buyers with potential and resolving their doubts and concerns about the property. As soon as we hired Julie, that completely changed. We had showings very quickly and the concerns that were consistently brought up by potential buyers in the past disappeared and were no longer issues at all. A large part of this was that Julie was willing to go out to the property for almost every showing with the potential buyers and their agents to answer questions and resolve any concerns about the property. I was just going to leave my review at 1 star and not write anything, but then I saw on here how Julie blamed a potential client for Julie’s unprofessional behavior. We listed our home with Julie, and it didn’t sell. She blamed me for it not selling even though I’m a certified home stager and our home was beautiful. Her only marketing plan was to keep lowering the price. When we switched realtors, our home sold within 2 weeks. Wish I could post the unprofessional letter she wrote us. Choose a different realtor.

Julie was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly.she was always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend her.
