HiLine Homes of Medford

Hiline Medford office built a home for us in Klamath Falls. We began talking with Tyler at Hiline homes in August of 2023 and moved into our new house by October 2024. I’ve been waiting a year to write this review. Although not everything went perfect I rate them 5 stars and here is why: - as with any large project there are mistakes or miscommunications, but it’s how Hiline Medford handled them that makes the difference. -Hiline is there to help explain and make sure your house gets built to the standard it should be and they are experienced at this but it’s your job as the customer to speak up if something does not look right, or isn’t what was agreed upon in a timely manner. Nino was so helpful to us either went out to the property and looked at it considering we were from out-of-state it made things very easy for us thank you Nino for taking the time with us

They want final draw with trim work not finished mirrors and shelves not installed and so many unfinished items that they want to put on punch list

John Gorman is very informative and helpful! I can't wait until we start breaking ground on our house!!!
