Hiline went above and beyond for our forever, dream home. We checked out competitors around the area and no one beat Hiline’s square footage and price. We chose a semi custom home, making just a few minor changes to one of their existing floor plans. They had many upgrade options that we added on to make it our style. Corey and Denean were super helpful with dealing with our lender as it was a VA construction loan. Our project manager Teyo stayed on top of making sure that everything looked how we wanted it as it was being built. I can’t say enough great things about the Kennewick Hiline team. Broke ground in July 2019. As of 10/26/20 my home is still not finished. If you want to “battle” with Hiline about finishing your house or maintaining any type of quality control then they are the contractor for you. If you want the job done right the first time then I would look elsewhere. My still needs to be fixed. CNA roofing should be ashamed of my roof! My roof is a running joke of the neighborhood. I tell everyone “it looks better than a blue tarp!”

HiLine Homes helped us bring our Dream Home into Reality. Despite delays due to COVID 19 material shortages, and subcontractors with employees who contracted COVID, our new home project continued. Margaux, Teyo, Corey & Denean were all especially helpful. We used a predesigned home plan, with some changes of our own and it turned out beautiful! House looks pretty but it wasn't built right. We had a turnkey built home and there is so much wrong and no amount of contacting will fix anything. Before we moved in the concrete cracked on the parking slab hiline said they would fix it and then stopped returning phone calls. Hiline neglected to insulate properly resulting in frozen pipes highline would not fix it we had to pay to have the Insulation done. Our cupboards are uneven. Hiline definitely gives off the impression that they only want your money because they loved cashing the checks then refusing to put in the work. It took calling over 10 times to have our siding fixed because it was super loose. Even then the guy caulked it and then didn't repaint it so we have white stripes on our grey house. Our building experience with hi-line was terrible! I didn’t realize how terrible it was until after we moved in and built a shop with a local company. The local company that built our shop smooth and seamlessly just really brought to light how bad our hi-line experience really was. From the lady in sales belittling me (texts messages to prove) to them ignoring us now that we have moved in…they do terrible business. Corey our contractor ignored us for weeks at a time. We had to call corporate to get any sort of response…come to find out he is a branch owner..shocking! My husband took time off work to meet him on different occasions for him to not show or call. He never came down to check on his sub contractors. We had to TRY to get ahold of him every time they did something not on t
