Customer Reviews
Living here feels like luxury done right. The apartments and amenities are beautifully maintained, and the entire property feels thoughtfully managed. Everything from the shared spaces to the overall layout reflects quality and attention to detail. Security here is extremely professional. They carry themselves with confidence, stay alert, and clearly take their role seriously. Their presence throughout the property, including the garage and common areas, adds a strong sense of safety. It’s reassuring to live somewhere that prioritizes both comfort and security so well.
Sketchy business practice. The website application process is designed to trap interested renters into undisclosed app fees and more. You sign legally binding contracts that make you liable to whatever fees they feel like. If you arent approved, expect to pay a fee. If you are approved, expect to pay a fee if you don’t accept the lease within 3 days. If you wait too long, they will assume you have withdrawn, adding fees onto you just for wanting to get a quote for a room. “I or we authorize this property to obtain reports from any consumer or criminal record reporting agencies before, during, and after tenancy on matters relating to a lease by the above owner to me and to verify, by all available means, the information in this application, including criminal background information, income
We’re counting down the days until our lease is up: Our issues began with a noisy upstairs neighbor who would yell and scream on their patio during quiet hours and stomping so hard they shake our apartment. We were initially blown off by property management and told to “go introduce ourselves” to remedy the issues. We were given a myriad of excuses in the interim, of which i was able to dispute a majority as inconsequential according to the contract that we were made to sign. I was subsequently cussed out by the neighbor when i politely asked them to be quiet at 3am. This took 3 months minimum to have respect for quiet hours through the office. The photos shown by other reviewers of trash pileup up is reflective of the complex and happens almost every other week. Residents leave trash ba
I lived here for a year, and while the location is excellent—close to restaurants and shops—and the maintenance team is okay, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Management was consistently unresponsive and disengaged; emails and requests were often ignored, and communication lacked transparency, especially regarding fees or issues affecting residents. There was no real effort to build a sense of community, and resident events eventually stopped altogether. Safety and building upkeep were ongoing concerns. The gate and some exterior and interior doors remained broken for months, allowing unauthorized individuals to enter the building; on multiple occasions, I encountered people sleeping in the hallways. Cleanliness was also an issue: the dog park was frequently left dirty,
TLDR: I have had a pleasant experience here, take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. I was inspired to leave this review after a friend recently toured this building and noted that there were a ton of negative reviews online. I have lived here since June of 2025, and have had a good experience, so I was surprised to hear this. If you are considering living here (or anywhere!) I would urge you to remember that the average person doesn't go out of their way to review places online, usually only people on either end of the extreme take the time to do that. With that being said, here is my perception of HiLine thus far: Pros- • The location! Some walkable shops as well as a Walmart and HEB both nearby, close to a running trail as well. • The value for the units, especially consideri
