Hilary inspected our rental unit for moisture. She got into the nitty gritty and was quite thorough using some fancy gadgets. She even found damage and remnants of termites and gave us really good suggestions for communicating with our building manager and making sure that the work done isn't shoddy. Hilary, is an amazing and thorough home inspector and is certified by the State of New York. California has no home inspection certifications required, which is shocking and very concerning.
