I’ve been living in one of their buildings in south Philly for over a year now. I decided last minute to change my unit after resigning my lease and they made the process so smooth. Jennifer specifically was really helpful and timely in her responses to my outreach. Any issue or concern I raised she was immediately responsive with a solution and always included others in to assist who were also timely in their response. Beyond living in the perfect neighborhood it’s nice to live in a space where you know the company cares about the tenants.

Mikayla is absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and knowledgeable when we met her. Made us feel like we could see ourselves there and told us where we should go to lunch in the area! Which was so sweet of her and the food was amazing! She always kept in touch and was so easily accessible with any questions or concerns I had. When we toured she knew all her tenants and talked to every single of them, which was so cool to see! 100% the best experience I could have hoped for when finding my first apartment! I am so grateful!

Working with Mikayla was awesome. She was very informative and attentive throughout the entire process.
