The Highlands Viera West is one of the most wonderful properties to live at in Viera. Aaron Rucker has been the manager here for a little over a year and has made outstanding changes and upgrades to the property. Aaron and his staff are outstanding when it comes to listening to your issues and making sure you are satisfied and comfortable with your apartment home. When Aaron and his office staff say what ever you need let them know, they mean it. The grounds are exceptionally kept clean and that truly will make your prestige feel good especially when you have visitors come by. I cant forget the maintenance staff because they bust their tails all day long to keep the residents happy and satisfied so I call them our winning team. I almost signed a lease with one of the units, but didn’t pay the holding deposit so it turned over. I signed multiple pages but this uniformed and unprofessional staff never called me to let me know it was going to roll over. The staff seems to always be on lunch and never returns calls (I have called 10+ times over the last week or two, with 0 call backs). The staff should be on top of their leases and informing the lessee; but maybe that’s why it’s so cheap month to month. You trade off quality for dollars here. Avoid at all costs. Zero communication. Unprofessional staff.

Extremely pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism and customer care I experienced during my visit to The Hylands Viera West. I cant praise Felicity Clarke (Leasing Professional) enough for making me feel right at home from the minute I stepped through the doors. She was very attentive to my wants and particular needs and addressed every question and concern with ease. She is definitely an asset to this company’s future and growth. I would like to give mention to Aaron as well. I believe he is the manager who took time to discuss my options as well. They both were very kind, and went above and beyond working with me.

What outstanding customer service! My daughter was moving from Washington state to Florida to be near us in Viera. The manager helped us with the FaceTime tour. As I sealed through the apartment, he shared the apartment, answering all of the questions and just did a great job making this complex feel very welcoming. Now the rockstar is the lovely lady in the leasing office. She did such an amazing job making this happen for my daughter. Her customer service was spectacular, she is warm, kind, very knowledgeable and always made time to answer and questions, not to mention that she always welcomed with a huge smile. I could not be more thankful for the amazing g experience we have had with this amazing staff. Thank you yet again!
