Highlands at Sweetwater Creek

Gigi was AMAZING! She made what could be a long stressful moving process smooth and easy for me. She answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I’ve had. Her communication was great and her personality was very welcoming. I truly appreciated being able to work with her!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! They are filthy, the hallways need to be pressure washed and in the entire year we lived here, the floors have looked like the pictures attached. People leave their trash out all the time, there’s dead bugs and fast food trash all over this place. It REEKS of weed all the time. To call these “luxury apartments” is insane. The noise level is out of control. We understand that apartment living is loud, but it is straight up disrespectful. We lived near the pool (which was a HUGE mistake) and have had to listen to people blasting music on speakers at 2 am on a weekday multiple times. Had an amazing experience on my tour of these apartments!I believe my tour guide name was Julissa she was very welcoming and very informative and made my experience worth the time.Every where we went during the tour was well maintained and very clean. The application process was very simple and straight to the point.I will definitely be leasing here! Thank you Julissa for making my first apartment experience amazing !

This place has absolutely gone down hill since we've moved here almost 2 years ago. I am honestly surprised it even has good reviews. Although management is kind, if seems like they've just been accepting all kinds of tenants because it has now become trashed and unkept. Management does not care about the property, it is absolutely filthy. There is constantly music being blasted during quiet hours when tenants drive into the neighborhood, the gate is ALWAYS broken, it reaks of weed, the staircase in my building has been in desperate need of pressure washing and the walls are absolutely destroyed, tenants do not pick up after their pet droppings, there is trash littered everywhere and there is constantly trash being left outside of units.
