Highlands at Sugarloaf

If I could give more than five stars, I would. My leasing agent, Yessica Bustamante, was amazing from the very first tour. She was very attentive, professional, and really listened to what I was looking for in a new home. The process was fast and smooth thanks to her support. I’ve been living in my apartment for a month now and I’m very happy. The community is great and the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend Yessica to anyone looking for an apartment.

I just want to thank Daniella for being there for me and my wife. I came from Ohio on a job transfer and since then Daniella has guided me and always kept us up on all the amenities Sugarloaf had to offer.She even suggested, that me and the wife should eat at Marlow's Tavern, which is now a go to spot for me and the wife(Great Food)!!! She makes you feel like Family and that's what me and my Wife liked about her. Thank you so much Daniella for making the transition to Georgia warm and comfortable. You Rock!!!!

Just signed a lease in December so far so good! Daniella the leasing agent was phenomenal. She really hand held my wife and through the whole process. The property is beautiful the people are nice. I can text the complex and they get back to me in reasonable time. Just great service.

I had a great experience with Yessica in the office, she is very thorough, and transparent about the process! She took me around the complex to tour numerous units to find one that fits my needs best! I have been here for almost a month and have no complaints. The neighbors are also friendly. Very warm and inviting place.
