Highlands at Hickory Hills

I’ve been at Highlands at Hickory Hills for 3 years now. Absolutely love the area and the space in my 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome unit. It’s a quiet neighborhood and extremely dog friendly. Anytime I’ve ever needed something tended to in the home, Derrick, the maintenance manager was quick to hop on the request to help. Often times on the same day! Excited to continue seeing what this community will grow into over the coming years. Highly recommended!

I loved my tour of this community! I had a great time touring with Sarah. The office team is great. After my tour I chatted with a resident & they sang high praises of the Service Team. I ended up moving somewhere else do to my commute. If I ever get a work from home job I would move in in a heartbeat! Such a hidden gem!

I love living here. It is so nice and so well kept. I recently had Derek come and help me with the lock on my front door and he is precious and so professional. He did a great job and was very fast and efficient. I love the front porches and back porches and the quiet and peacefulness of this community being a little hidden away.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our experience here thus far. Coming into a rental after owning your own home for so long, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff has been so easy to work with. Our maintenance call responses are prompt and the maintenance team has been one of the kindest and most accommodating teams. Derek is incredibly kind, courteous, and respectful. Alec has been very helpful as well. He made our last visit a smooth, simple and quick transaction. We’re grateful to have such a professional, courteous, and prompt maintenance team. Part of the reason we renewed!
