Highlander Apartments

I wouldn’t even put one star but, Website is false advertising, lived here for a few months and there are no lights in bedrooms, living room. the only lights are in the kitchen and bathroom. the actual apartment looks nothing like what they have posted. there was mold in the house which caused my family to have reoccurring sickness. during the process of me moving out, they told me i had 2 weeks to get all of my belongings. came back to the apartment to all of my TV’s gone and my iphone. i went to the office the woman called the maintenance guy and he came back with my tvs and my phone, but they charged the phone that was dead when i left it, and tried to access it through a computer. when i asked if i could come back later to grab the last load of my belongings, they told me i would not b

The office staff are very welcoming, if anything is wrong with your apartment the maintenance team is on it right away. Ms/Mrs Sharon is who I’m in contact with the most, and she treats me with Kindness. Whenever another tenant is there it seems they are always trying to work something out with us. In other words Highlander apartments are budget friendly and I have had nothing but an all around nice experience. Thank you ladies and gentlemen!

They are very responsive and professional, with great management! However, don’t expect high-end interior design, as the quality of the materials and finishes is quite basic. That said, they recently replaced my AC unit, which shows they are making efforts to regularly improve their apartments.

Amazing staff and community. I was very cautious about renting from Highlander Apt. because of an old review that was posted. I shared my concerns with Elaina, a staff member. She spoke all the right words and sounded very friendly and professional--but I was not sure if she was being honest with me or just trying to make a sale. After praying and seeking advice from the Lord, I decided to accept her offer by faith from another state. When I arrived the staff was friendly and polite and helpful to me. My apartment is awesome and wonderful. My neighbors are nice and quiet. My community is nice, quiet and clean. I get same day maintenance service. I am a very clean person and picky when it comes to where I live and call home. The only issue I had wss: my bedroom door was not up to my standa
