Updated review March 2026: Unfortunately, since settlement there have been significant snags with the transfer of the OGM rights - that were supposed to be included with the property. While I am still pleased with the actual settlement service / process...clearly, there is an edict of "buyer beware" when it comes to the transfer of OGM rights. Having to hire an attorney, in addition to the fees for a settlement agent, seems pointless - but unfortunately this is where it has ended up. Simply summarized: if you're considering purchasing a property with the OGM rights BUYER BEWARE. Have an attorney review the matter prior to settling and have an attorney represent your interests ( and I hate having to write that as a review ). We recently purchased a vacation home in Dushore and Jim made our experience so easy. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He was so responsive whenever we texted or emailed a question. He also had great referrals for when we needed some contractors to help us make the home our own. His wife Laurie represented the seller and she was just as equally fabulous. They're a great team.
