RENTERS BEWARE!!! I lived at Highland Pointe for 4 years (moved in first day the apartments opened). In the 4 years of me living there, they went through 3 property managers and 3 onsite maintenance personnel. A small bit of things to happen while I lived there include, •police raiding my downstairs neighbor apartment because of drug activity •My door being left unlocked and left cracked open after a inspection of the fire extinguisher •No properly working water heater for a year and a half •Countless threats of evictions to tenant for being in public areas of the complex wouldn't suggest this place for anyone to live
Can't EVER find any type of mngmt. here when I've been there.
Looks alright but could do better!!
