Do yourself a favor and stay away from these homes. The absolute lack of care and quality is astounding. They use COVID as an excuse and don't even respond to warranty claims. I also have a water leak somewhere which has not been addressed yet. All they said was someone would come and check, no timeframe given whatsoever. Spend a little more money and buy a better quality home.
I drove through last night and some places were so densely parked on both sides of the street my small compact car barely made it through. Large crowds of non white people on the street....homes built next to each other w no space in between. The homes were large and built as old old plantation homes. Further on in were large apt complexes. Thousands of homes. You just have to drive through. Very interesting and kinda beautiful. Too crowded for me. I am going back in the daytime.
I just have a question? Why does the name include the word plantation? what minority would want to live there or is that the point?
