Highland Homes The Ranches at Creekside

Where to begin with this review? I guess I should start with saying we were warned beforehand by a neighbor in the community we were looking at that our sales rep, Karen Olivier, was a nightmare to work with. We should’ve heeded the warning then, but we had to find out the hard way. Let’s just say our opinion is that this woman could be compared to a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She told us we could get a discount if we didn’t have a realtor. She will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign on the dotted line and pretends she is there for you, but in our experience, she is a ruthless sales lady who talks nonstop about her house and how she ended up in a two year non speaking relationship with her own Highland builder because she asked for so many changes and accommodations. My wife and I went to the show room at La cantera. No one was there 1 hour after their opening time. We called to find out when we could meet and were told that they were at an “offsite meeting”. The rep said “there’s a sign on the door that says where we are”. Standing in front of the door I assured the rep that there was no sign. I was told I could make an appointment. So I went to make an appointment for 4 pm then same day but that wasn’t available because they would still be at the offsite meeting. No big deal I guess. Then I went to the model home here at the ranches at Creekside and it was the same story. We got there an hour before after the closing and there was no one there. This was on a Sunday. We gave it another shot and came today about 30 minutes after the opening and anot

Go with Perry. Nicer people with a better product. Sales people are friendly but management here is not good.

Great food at not expensive prices...migas and chillocelas are wonderful.
