Customer Reviews
The homes look great, but the customer care and warranty support do not reflect the premium price we paid. When issues come up, the responses feel limited and dismissive, and it doesn’t feel like a builder that truly stands behind its work. There’s really no point in paying a premium if the post-purchase experience isn’t aligned with the quality they advertise. I’m hearing similar concerns from neighbors as well.
