My experience with Highland Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share this to warn others. From start to finish, the process has been plagued by poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism. Lack of Transparency and Hidden Costs: We initially asked about the cost and budgeted accordingly, only to find out that there was a kitchen elevation that would cost an additional $11,000. This was never discussed with us upfront, leaving us blindsided and frustrated. Kim greeted us with high energy and a professional attitude. It was like chatting with an old friend from college. She didn't apply any pressure on us but pitched an eloquent presentation of Highland Homes and what they have to offer. We started our relationship with Highland and our awesome salesperson Danny in June and in November we’re living in our dream home! We are thrilled with the way our house turned out and really had a great experience with the buildings process. Highland builds a fantastic product, listens to your wants and needs and delivers on the promises they make. The support from our salesperson and builder have been top notch and even after closing they continue to make things right fixing little imperfections to ensure we’re truly happy. I didn’t believe it could all go so smoothly, but it really was a great experience and I highly recommend Highland Homes and the awesome community of Bridgeland. Come be our new neighbor!

Lovely homes in a beautiful location. However, do note that the new sections are zoned to Waller ISD. If Bridgeland is where you want to be, make sure to ask for Renee (spelling?), the new sales counselor! Very friendly, helpful, and knows a lot about the area. Very professional and had great conversations with him. Again, ask for Renee - you won’t be disappointed!

I came across a highland home online and thought it was THE cutest home I'd seen. So imagine my delight when I saw that there was a model home in Bridgeland. The female who was working, on November 18,2022 at 2:30-3:00pm, was Indian maybe, with a heavy accent was so rude that she ruined my experience. While I was talking to HER she cut me off mid sentence and said "well, anyway" and proceeded to talk. Then while we were STILL ON THE MAIN FLOOR she (after hovering) came over and basically tried to kick us out saying "there's one being built, you should go see it" I responded telling her maybe, after I've finished looking at the model. Then a few minutes later she came to us AGAIN and said the same thing, then grabbed a paper that had addresses on it and told us that the GPS would take us st
