Our sales counselor, Luis Velazquez, was very helpful. We love the designs of the house I'm looking to purchase. Prices for their homes are good too.
I had a bad experience with Highland Home and just stay away from them and their sod company which is Travis Resmondo Sod Inc. I expected too much from them but it was a total disappointment! Just find another builder! it's not worth the stress!! The design of the house is good but the quality is bad! I had a bad lawn and poor quality house. It's a new house and supposed to be new lawn/sod but look at the pictures of the sod and it even looks like I have two different types of sods!. The new houses right now just doesn't have any quality at all. Even the screws of the sliding door going to the back porch were loose and they told me "it's normal" and I still asked them to fix it. lol!.
So far so good hurricane milton pass by my house not a scratch 👍hurricane test pass ..never lost power also !
Katie is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Homes are beautiful.
