From working with Avery on the sales side and Mark on the construction front, they both made it such a seamless process from beginning to end. We felt heard and saw the attention to detail which made us feel more confident with our choice of picking Highland Homes for our new home. I had such a great experience building my home with Highland! Working with Avery, the sales representative, and Whitaker, the construction manager, made everything so much easier. They always kept me updated, responded quickly—sometimes within minutes—and were very straightforward and helpful. Avery’s attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire process, from choosing the lot to closing on the house, smooth and stress-free. Even after moving in, the team has been there whenever I had questions. I love my home and the 6 Creek community, and happy with how everything turned out!

Avery and Henry were an amazing team! They ensured our house was built and customized on an aggressive 4-month schedule. We know it wasn't easy, but they both kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process. In fact, we would not have felt confident in making the purchase if it were not for Avery addressing all our questions and concerns about the city, community, builder, taxes, etc. Moving into our new Highland home capped the end of an emotional and complicated cross country move for our family. Having our beautiful home delivered on our 27th wedding anniversary marked the end of this journey and the start of a new chapter in our lives.

We have lived in our house for about 9 months now and love it just as much as the day we bought it. It was a spec home, and the finishes that were preselected were absolutely beautiful. We both work from home and have two kiddos, and we were shocked to find that Highland has so many one story floor plans that fit our space requirements (and then some - our kids have a bonus room, their own bedrooms, and my husband and I each have an office!). Avery was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brandon built our house and he was great too (my husband was a production builder for many many years and is pretty hard to impress). They were both super attentive and responsive and made everything a 5 star experience for us.

We had a wonderful experience with Highland Homes (6 Creeks). Avery (Sales) Sara (Lending) and Whitaker (Construction Management) were absolutely fantastic to work with, answered all of our questions and were very patient with us throughout.
