Mrs. Ashley is the best apartment director I ever come in contact with. When I say she goes over and beyond, that’s an understatement. From the moment I walked into the office, she greeted me and my son took us on a tour. And remained in constant contact until she called with the approval if you need an apartment, don’t hesitate to see her, she is literally the best in the business .

Tatyana has been one of the best leasing agents I have ever had the experience of working with. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me with getting my new place!! I am so happy to call Highland East my new home!!

This low income apartment complex is extremely difficult to work with. They do not answer their phones, take forever to message you back, and takes forever to give you updates. I was told while touring the place and applying that I could get a 2nd story apartment and I told her that was important to me due to me having 2 disabled children. She said that would be no problem while applying and that no one was ahead of me applying for a 2nd story apartment. After getting approved she told me all they had was 4th floor apartments. Which I’m wondering if that’s even legal considering I showed proof of disabilities. I ask why that is, because when I was applying I was applying for the 2nd story apartment. She said she never said that, which is not true because that 2nd story apartment is the one

I truly do not know where to start on this apartment complex and their wonderful staff. A special thank you to Ms Ashley and Ms Jumper for making me feel so welcome and going above and before to make my new experience so fulfilling and rewarding!! Highland East Apartments are more than just an apartment complex, they are family. From the moment of stepping in the door EVERYONE, made me feel so welcome. Ms. Crystal was truly heaven sent!! She was very thorough with helping me with the application and approval process! She went the extra mile to make sure that I was beyond happy with my apartment, I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent, a true gem. I’m so excited for this new move!!
