Good evening, Santa Fe owners. Duval Landscape Maintenance, LLC was hired by the HOA management’s company to mow the lawns at my two townhouses, located at 27529 and 27527 Desert Willow Way in Santa Fe at Westbrooke. A person driving the mower damaged the air conditioners in both townhouses. The landscape company repaired one unit, but they refuse to pay for the damage to the one at 27529. I've sent them numerous emails, and they still won't pay for the repairs. These people atDuval Landscape Maintenance are incredibly irresponsible and unwilling to take responsibility. I hope any owners or tenants never have to deal with Duval Landscape Maintenance, LLC. The damaged was done in August 2025 and I am still dealing with this issue. I have contacted Jennifer and the HOA management company

I manage properties for Hamilton Realty Homes LLC in Calabay Park at Tower Lake, our contact person with Highland Community Management is Jennifer Conklin. She is the most efficient CAM professional I work with. I manage 72 properties scattered in Polk, Osceola and Lake counties . Jennifer by far is the fastest to respond, offer assistance and provide solutions. My experience with other HOAs is not always so pleasant or helpful but Jennifer is a leading example of how HOAs should handle requests from homeowners who are paying for a expensive service.
