Highland Apartments

I am a current resident at The Highland Apartments and have been here for about five and a half months. So far, I really enjoy this community. My move-in process was very easy, thanks to Gabriel. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and was very pleasant to work with. Compared to my previous apartment, which was often dirty, I truly appreciate how clean and well-maintained this community is. I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning limited access to amenities, but that hasn’t been my experience. Since living here, I’ve been able to use the pool several times and have also used the gym. I also really appreciate the package room for Amazon deliveries—it gives me peace of mind knowing my packages are secure. My neighbors are very friendly. I did experience an incident involv

I used to live 2024 came back 2026 the new management are professional and answer all the questions you have in mind. Got back just because this apartment complex is so calm and not loud. Gabriel helped us from the beginning to the end helpful and professional. Would recommend people here!

I Just moved in this year February 2026 the apartment is very nice and spacious. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and Joseph & Erica the managers we’re extremely helpful since I moved in . Happy with my decision and yes will be renewing.

the management and staff in the front office is not reliable at all. nobody ever answers the phone during business hours. when you go to the office, they may be there or they may have a sign up saying “will return” but never return for the day. the gates are always broken. when people park in your PAID parking spot and you call the tow company they will tell you the apartments have a hold on towing at a certain time of the month so they won’t come out, they do not send out notices when the complex has city work or any kind of work going on that may causing inconvenience. the communication here SUCKS!

The office staff is great in the office. I was having problems setting up the community Internet plan and Gabriel reached out to Xfinity to help with that. The community is also very clean and the maintenance staff is quick.
