Highgate at Livingston

Been living in the building for over a year. It has been the best experience and support I’ve received from the property management team Nate and Maylene. They been beyond supportive, professional, and resourceful in times of need. Please keep up the excellent and hard work you do! ❤️

My gf and I loved it here when we first moved in. It use to be a great place to live but after the old manager Brian left, it’s gone down hill.The office is randomly closed all the time and the new manager is never here or has her baby in the office. The fire alarms go off with no communication that they are testing them. There’s lots of issues in the building and nothing is being addressed. I know a lot of other residents that agree and are giving notice too.

This was the first place we looked at in our search for a 2 BR place. We looked at dozens of places and ended up back here. No pressure to sign off and this place is in excellent condition. Maylene and Nate were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We went to another apartment complex and the manager there literally asked me how much are you to spend a month for your apartment. They had a spreadsheet with prices in front of them but acted dodgy about pricing. There were no games when dealing with Maylene and Nate. I highly recommend looking here.

I have lived at Highgate for last 6 months. It’s a very good new apartment complex in Livingston NJ. Nice facilities including fitness center, swimming pool and a great outdoor grill area. The leasing office is also excellent with Nate and the new manager being very helpful with any issues. Overall a great addition for folks looking to live in and around Livingston. I recommend.

My spouse and I have been here a year and we love it! The staff is very attentive and caring of our needs and concerns. Any maintenance problems we have had been addressed in a timely fashion.
