Ken DeGrant is an excellent realtor. We auctioned our house after discovering that giving it back to the bank was not going to be possible. We were at the end of the spring market, and hoping for a better price, because it was a 2 yr old house in great condition. We started with a conventional sale, that did not generate what we wanted and switched to the auction side of his business. Ken sold that house in less than a week for more money than I think we could have ever gotten conventionally, and I'm a realtor in another state. There are advantages to auctioning, and this was a tough sale because there was not much equity. Ken did a great job & we closed in under 30 days, very uncommon in conventional real estate. Ken knows what he's doing and gets the work done!
