I have worked with Dianne and the others for years on multiple (well over 10) real estate deals. They have handled sales, purchases, title insurance, contracts, name changes, and even one repossession. I have found them to be extremely thorough, competent, professional, and friendly. I was motivated to write this post because of another bad review that I read. 1. I have never had a parking problem. 2. I have never received incorrect paperwork. 3. I have never dealt with anyone who was even remotely grouchy. 4. I have never overheard a conversation from another office or felt concerned that someone else was over hearing mine. I believe they have 2 different private conference rooms. 5. From my perspective the decor seems fine. Yes, it is a very old building, but it is clean, neat

Don't close here after 1:30, they will hold your funds. Don't close at the end of the month, they will hold your funds. Don't close near a holiday, they will hold your funds. They held our funds from the sale of our house for 5 days. Had to call them numerous times to verify that they would actually process the transfer. Had to call and get legal counsel on how to proceed if the funds did not arrive on the 5th day. Staff is very unprofessional if you ask questions, and they get very snooty. Would never recommend, and this office has been reported so they don't do this to any other family.

After waiting nearly 100 frustrating days for the company in Ness to get her work done, we transferred to High Plains Title and within the week, his work was done and we were sitting at the bank signing our paperwork! Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Received incorrect paperwork which was time sensitive and dealt with grouchy staff. Office is very dated and has limited parking. The office is silent which allows you to hear all conversations happening inside the building so others can hear your information and vice versa.

They can get the job done right
