High Meadows Leasing Office

High Meadows is a beautiful town house community in Wytheville, VA. The management go above & beyond to make sure all tenants needs are met and do so in a timely manner. The homes are brick, beautiful and spacious with large closets and a lot of windows. All units have front and back doors as well as patio areas. Parking lots are spacious and clean. There is also the convenience of dumpsters in both areas for easy disposal. If you have the privilege to become a tenant at High Meadows you will never want to move. I have always felt safe where I live and comfortable with my neighbors and the management team. People who are leaving less than 5 STARS have clearly never resided at High Meadows, so their opinions should be irrelevant.

This is the first google review I have ever left in a negative manner. I have never Spoken to a more rude person in customer service. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone when inquiring about the apartment and what their policies are. He laughed at me and stated that I was speaking over him and asked if he could now speak. In a tone that I did not appreciate. When he was actually speaking over me and would not let me finish my sentences. This was all I needed to know about the management here and that it is a place I will not be living.

Property manager Patrick is awesome! Went above and beyond to help me get into a beautiful condo! You need housing? He's the man to go to!

They didnt tell me the apartments were income based. I owed a bill and they told me to pay it off and bring the receipt showing paid in full and I did that . After I paid it then Patrick turns around and tells I make to much money to get an apartment So now out of 303.00 dollars they should have stated in the being it was based on income and I could have save my money.

Me and mother were told we were approved for an apartment in January we waited and waited for the apartment to be ready today is February 28th and we just got a letter that was dated January 28th which was a month ago saying the apartment was ready for us to move in on the 28th of January the letter was not sent out in the mail till after the 23rd of February we were also told by the manager that he would call us when it was ready for move in which never happened basically the apartment manager had the letter and never mailed it and promised he would call and never did and the letter stated we had until TODAY to let them know if we wanted to move in well obviously we aren't moving in because we waited almost 2 months getting the run around so we ended up getting an apartment somewhere else
