Don’t move here. The manager is absolutely crazy. She is extremely rude, controlling, and cliquey. She’s always in everyone business and blames people for things she has no proof of. She charges move out fees for things that were wrong before move in. She acts like this is a 5 star place but it took well over a month for them to fix a giant hole in the ground in front of the pool. Not to mention, that covered a significant amount of parking spots. She’s a bully and people are moving out like the buildings are on fire. Running out screaming “the manager is crazy! We’re out of here!” I’m not exaggerating. This is my first review ever, so I am going to be very honest. Upon moving here I met Jennifer and Kirk. Jennifer is property manager and Kirk is the head of maintenance team. Very sweet the both of them. Mrs. Jennifer has been so kind and understanding to me and my family since before I moved in and I’m so grateful for that. She tries to keep tenants engaged and keep the community as inviting as possible. Everyday I see Kirk and the other maintenance guys working on something. There hasn’t been a time where my needs, concerns, or work orders have been ignored. They always come within the next day or same week. They’ve even taken their shoes off when entering upon my request. Only time they haven’t is if the job they’re doing requires them not and then they’ll wear shoes covers. Pest co

I have lived here for about 4 months and I can say that I would recommend anyone to live here. The staff here is very nice and on it when it comes to needed things looked at. The new management that Jen has developed has made so much change for the better around here and I love it. Jen is literally the best and maintenance always works so hard to get orders done on time.

The maintenance at Highgrove is top-tier!! Val is one of the best maintenance guys we’ve had over here in a long time. He’s professional, fast, and makes sure everything is done right.

I love love love this apartment complex!the manger she is amazing any concerns she is on top of it also having kids they make sure that the complex is safe from crime. Overall just great always finding ways to update our apartments to feel at home
