Brian Mook, the owner or property manager, who will tell you directly to your face that he hired a shitty contractor to fix the house and that the texturing on the walls is so thick to hide how unlevel and what shitty job his contractor actually did. Then tells you not to worry about the contractors mistakes. (because texture was falling off of the walls in the house); that it won’t be a problem during move out, because he’s aware of the problems the house has. Then I mentioned having proof of Brian, actually in your kitchen telling us not to worry about this stuff, then proceeds to charge you. Then charges a cleaning fee even though you had the place professionally clean but then also failed to show you pictures of an additional $300 that was charged for a cleaning fee, after telling yo

High Country property management took care of my property for 6 years .while it was an older property that needed some fixing up , Brian and Sonda went out of their way to work with me to fix it up both with quality and affordability. They always found reliable tenants that were both responsible and took care of the place . I can’t express how lucky I felt to have a property management company that truly looked out for my interests ! Good people , good company !!

I've rented from HCPM for almost 2yrs now & have been pleased with them. Both the owner, Brian, & the office manager, Sonda, have been helpful & attentive whenever I've had any issues, &/or with repairs.

Facebook review was deleted interesting. Brian is very unprofessional loves to take your money doesn’t repair the necessary things. Will ignore your concerns if they will cost him money. Leaving one star because can’t leave that part blank. Doesn’t care about tenants. Mold has been left in the house for several months after a huge flood in the basement. Tenants were expected to pay 1/2 of the cleaning mold due to his lack of neglect. Definitely plan on getting an attorney if there are repairs needed that’s the only way you can get the necessary repairs done. Horrible business man. Very greedy. Hope Brian doesn’t delete this one too!!

Brian runs a very efficient and effecrive operation. He is very accommodating and gets the job done. He is worth every penny. I happen to live out of state and I rest easy knowing that Brian is in charge of my property. Above all, he us just a downright great guy. You can't go wrong using High Country. They are the 3rd company I used a they are by far the best!!!!
