Mike did mold testing for us for a crawl space issue we didnt know we had. We could not be happier with the process and the urgency with which Mike worked with us. We were on a tight timeline and he made it happen immediately - it was quite impressive! He was kind, knowledgeable, communicative and punctual and now I wish we had used him as our full home inspector when we moved to town 5 years ago. It turns out that there wasn't really an issue - but Mike was SUPER honest with his recommendation once we got initial results to not retest- which would have made him (and cost us) money.
