We rented a property managed by this company and don’t recommend. We had gone 3 months without consistent hot water, siding falling off the side of the house not getting replaced for months in the winter, and issues with bees coming through the walls every summer. Was told the fireplace was useable when we signed the lease, only to later have them do an inspection and be told it’s nearly destroyed inside and not useable.

I have known Ed for many years and my family and I have relied he and his team for both selling our homes and purchasing. Having already known the level of due diligence Ed sets forth in everything he does, it was an easy decision as our Real Estate Broker. We were also appreciative of the added value of also being a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. And looking forward to our next step, whether new space or investment property.
