Hidden Village Apartments

The first six months at the apartments were decent,no drugs, no loud music, no bugs- mice issues first month though which seems to be an issue at the village, no cars speeding through the parking lot. Many occupants moved out and Hidden Village filled those apartments quickly. Everyone complied with the rules of no doing wash after 10 pm, but with the new occupants wash was being done at 11pm, 12 am, and even at 2 in the morning, cars ride fast through the parking lot, I smell marajuana all the time, kids running within the building which is scary because their so small running up and down the stairs, loud atlking in laundry room and halls, and what tipped the bucket for me is the loud music past midnight into thr morning. I stayed up until my lease and was going to fo a month to month b

Clean, staff is knowledgeable, they handle things promptly and politely. Constantly renovating apartments as the lease terms end and become empty. Added a new indoor gym just recently. Professionally has all common areas, hallways, and stairwells on each floor in each building.

Stayed here for 2 years. The apartment community is well maintained and ideal for someone with a lower side of rental budget. Apartments are a bit old, so you can expect lot of squeeking sounds from your cealing if you are not in the top floor. Overall a nice place close to all the shopping centers, etc.

I have had a terrible experience living in this apartment. There have been multiple instances of nasty water leaks all over the place, making it nearly impossible to live comfortably. The air conditioning is another major issue—it either doesn't work at all or fails frequently, leaving us in the heat for days on end. The worst part is the poor maintenance; they are slow to respond and often don't fix the issues properly. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent living situation.
