Very friendly neighbors, clean pool, quiet area, nice manager who is involved and get stuff done, very nice and clean laundry room, clean units, clean and green grass, AMAZING maintenance, pet friendly, decent prices, there's even a coffee station in the leasing office?? It's amazing!!!😍😍😍

I'm not one to leave reviews - this is my first. However, after a long list of bad apartment experiences, I felt compelled to share my experience. The initial interactions I had with the property manager, Josephine, left me feeling confident with my decision to apply to live here. She is incredibly kind and responsive - a very refreshing change from poor interactions I've had elsewhere. For me, the pricing is competitive and I appreciate not being bamboozled by a bunch of extra fees that skyrocket my rent. As someone who enjoys gardening and greenery, I was very attracted to how well Hidden Park maintains their property. Been living here for 2 months and everything's been great, friendly management, fast and efficient maintenance, really safe and chill environment and located near everything you would need. Great place to move in to, also lots of squirrels :)

I moved to this property few months ago and I'm glad I made this decision. There is so much to love about this place...the trees, the calm and quiet atmosphere, the friendly residents, and the awesome property manager and maintenance tech. They are always eager to help and provide outstanding customer service. Did I mention I'm happy with my decision?

I have been a resident for few years. I bedroom 1 bath. Rent has gone from 825 to 925. More steep increase in water and sewer. I had to move from my first apartment in one day because sewer backing up into my apartment. The manager was so kind and helped me move, thankfully there was an upstairs apartment available. This is small complex my preference. I don't need gym or dog park. Just love the trees and peace. I will be happy when the construction is over that the new owners have Going on.
