Hidden Oaks Apartments

I know that this has a 3.5 review and I know that everybody’s experience is different but I have to tell you that in my experience it’s been very positive. We started off a little bit rough but they made it right . Also every time I’ve had an issue that needed to be repaired Juan, their maintenance guy was an absolute gem. He is top of the line apartment maintenance man ! Carlos, the maintenance Supervisor I spoke briefly on the phone with and he was very professional. As far as the office staff Blake and Malarie have been very helpful, very patient and kind.

I’m a 10-year-long resident of Hidden Oaks, and I’ve never before felt compelled to leave a review — until now. There are still a couple things I could grouse about (forced payment for services I don’t use [valet trash removal and wifi] is 100% outlandish!), but overall a new, sunnier day has dawned here. Chief among the improvements is the current maintenance department. Just recently I had a relatively trivial request; it was handled, however, as though it were of the utmost importance. The technician who came to my unit was very prompt indeed. Moreover, Colby was knowledgeable, clean and extremely courteous. It may seem like a small deal, but this is the sort of thing that not only retains clients, it secures them in the first place. Bravo to Hidden Oaks for FINALLY getting your

We've been here for 10 years and gone through four different management companies. So far theses guys have been great. Colby came to replace my blinds and he was pleasant and quick to solve our problem. The management staff have also been very helpful when I've gone in to talk to someone. I hope they stay for a while!

This apartment maintenance service personnels are one of the best so far l have come across in Portland. Specially Juan and Derrick. They make sure your service request is done on time and professional. They are super friendly to approach at any given time. Thanks you guys for your hard work.

5 stars soley for the amazing maintenence guy Colby. He communicates well, prompt on responding and answers all questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. He does the job proper and efficiently. This complex would be wise to hang on to him. CS
