Honestly the whole move-in process was really smooth and way easier than I expected. Everything was clear, organized, and moved along quickly, which made a stressful time a lot more manageable. I always knew what the next step was and never felt lost or stuck waiting for answers. Kimberly was amazing to work with and made a huge difference. She was super responsive, helpful, and easy to talk to, and she made the whole process feel simple. Anytime I had a question she got back to me quickly and made sure everything stayed on track. You can tell she really cares about helping people and doing a great job. Overall it was a really positive experience and one of the smoothest move-ins I’ve had. Big thanks to Kimberly for being so helpful and making everything go so well.

I’ve lived a lot of places, and this place is definitely one of the better ones. One of the best parts of living here is the staff. Kelley and Kimberly absolutely rock, they’re very communicative over text, and are always happy to answer questions I have when I pop into the office. The maintenance team is also top notch and friendly, and have gone above and beyond, even helping me bump start my motorcycle on one occasion when my battery died. Rent is reasonable, and it’s a quiet complex. A few reviews here state that the gym/fitness areas never get sanitized, I guess these guys never actually go to the gym, because I’ve walked in on it getting cleaned multiple times and the sanitization schedule is clearly posted on the door. As for whoever was griping about getting billed for water the la

I love the outside and inside of the buildings. Maintenance is great. Community is quiet. However, will not be renewing my lease nor would I recommend this community to anyone. First they charge $45 just to pay our rent. Whi h is ridiculous enough. Then they charge you $50 a month for every car you have and any visitors have to pay parking by the hour. I recentlyi had a baby and also suffered an injury that left me disabled. My mother comes over quite a bit to help me take care if myself and my baby. Now she can't comer over like she used to without paying per hour or worrying about getting towed. The economy is expensive enough without landlords milking their tenants for every extra dollar they can. If you don't mind all of the extra fees and cost or don't own a vehicle and don't pl

I wish I could rate Hickory Run higher than 1 star, but because of their new paid visitor parking policy, I can’t. This policy is the sole reason I will likely not be renewing my lease when the time comes. It is absolutely ridiculous that when my partner or my parents come over to visit, they have to pay by the hour to visit with me. We can’t even add an extra car or visitor pass to our lease. I’ve never come across this before and it’s absolutely ridiculous- especially in today’s economy where every dollar counts. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful, the maintenance guys are great and super friendly, but some of these policies are designed to suck as much money from each renter as humanly possible- and it’s really disappointing.

Rent here went from $1400 the first few months to $1800 after 6 months. They only have one water meter for the whole complex, so enjoy spending an INSANE amount for just water. Now that we finally grew tired of this place and their crap pricing structure, we decided to not renew our lease. They sent us a "move-out breakdown" email since we would have the apartment for one week of the last month. That email showed a detailed breakdown of exactly one week of rent, parking, and etc - which I thought was fair. But of course, low and behold, when we move out - that charge is now over $900!! Over a half month's rent for 1 week?? I asked for a detailed breakdown of where that $900 comes from and supplied them with the previous breakdown they gave me beforehand of $375. I've still yet to have an a
