Moving into town and Zach took me on a great tour. Super nice guy and helped us out so much!! We appreciate him a lot.

Happy to say all our needs have been met and the maintenance team has really stepped up and made sure we have had all our needs met. We are very much happy here and enjoy the community as well as the neighbors we have met.

My experience has been very positive.. Sonia the assistant is very helpful and always friendly. It is a well-run complex due to the efforts of Jackie, the manager and her assistant Sonia. The maintenance staff is always professional and friendly. All the facilities are clean and well kept. A nice neighborly community not far from downtown Melbourne.

I met the new office manager, Jackie, almost six months after living at Hickory Pointe. She was very nice and detailed about the new changes that were happening. She's tried very hard to make sure that everyone felt like they are part of a community that cares. Sonia is new with the office. Very nice and pleasant person. She's a perfect fit!

I really like it here at Hickory the office staff is amazing. The property manager Jackie has done a great job here at the property, Sonia has been very helpful and very understanding . What else can I say ; I love it here…..Maintenance always show up and take care of things.
