They are Very nice apartments.The floor plan,Amenities etc. But The staff was revised & it did absolutely NOTHING for the poor communication & disgusting handling of Applications.Sue seemed ok,Didn’t Spesk much.Tracy Ackerman is a TERRIBLE Manager.Piedmont Housing Alliance is just as unprofessional.I sincerely hope that the Appropriate Government officials(OIG,Local Senators,The Feds consider reviewing the Tasteless,Underhanded Business practice of this whole office!!
