Hickory Grove Apartments

I had an apartment tour with demarius on 3/1 and it was amazing. The entrance of the whole complex is free of trash and debris. I like the fact that they have security as well. I was approved instantly! I enjoyed working with him on my application process. He made it Happen....if he can do it for me he can definitely do it for you!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Roaches inside the refrigerator! Gnats inside the refrigerator! After paying $150 application fee and $300 deposit, I moved in to Hickory Grove on 11/15/24. After 2 weeks of Roaches in my refrigerator and Gnats the apartment flooded. Smelly dirty Water from the AC unit burst in the ceiling of my bedroom closet and wasted all overy clothes, shoes and handbags. I called the emergency maintenance number the day before when it was a leak dripping but no one came. The next morning, I was awaken at 4 am to water pouring from the ceiling. I called emergency maintenance again..twice ....They sent the groundsman. I was displaced for 7 days during Thanksgiving holiday. after Repairs were made. Upon returning, The apartment had a foul odor and roaches were still crawl

Ive tried to give this place Marcy and grace but please dont move here. Im telling you what i wish someone told me. Management and maintenance are incredibly incompetent. For context my apartment has experienced leaks over the past two years I’ve lived here. Both times maintenance wasnt able to resolve the issue before damage was caused. The first repair took 5 months for them to repair. When it was all said and done i was offered an apology and the number to the leasing office as consolation. Currently the water leaking from the apartment above me but wouldnt you know it. Hickory Grove personnel cant be reached using any of their numbers. Tomorrow morning will make a full day that water has been pouring into my apartment meaning yes, i am about to go to sleep knowing hickory grove knows a
