Hickory Forest

These are by far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Our unit has flooded twice. The first time, water rushed through the hallway and living room, and filthy brown water started coming up through the tub—it smelled terrible. We had to stay in a hotel, and it took them forever to clean and repair anything. Now it’s flooded again. It’s not as bad as the first time, but seriously… this is ridiculous. Fix the problem.

I just want to say crystal and Hazel is doing a excellent job over here.Hickory force this never been like this and I've been here now.You.They keep it clean.They keep a decorator for each holiday.They are doing.It's just a great job.Thank you for sending them over here im ben over 9 years they r very nice the christmas tree is awsome

Maintenance Man Jose’ is punctual and very helpful..he came in and fixed my AC Unit as soon as the ticket was created..I think new management was probably what was needed..I feel an improvement in the staff overall. I highly recommend people to apply and you won’t be disappointed

This has to be the worst apt complex in Hickory Hill.. management is so unprofessional, the crew is horrible. Been at my current unit for 10+ years I’ve had my share of management and this is the worst, you can’t communicate with them. The emergency hotline has a recording and you cannot leave a message. Security gates has been broken 10+ years. The pool is never available for the tenant , has not opened in 10+ years. Unaware of who maintenance is, no call to let you know maintenance will be in your unit. Office manager informed me the owner will not repair minor repairs. Rent/Insurance and other fees are constantly going up. Now I’m paying extra insurance so the landlord is covered if something happens because of another tenant. I really dislike where I am. Since I've been here, I haven't encountered major issues. However, I recently found out that the pool won't be open for the summer of 2024. According to my neighbors, the pool has been closed for quite some time, we're talking years. It's disappointing that I was misled when I first applied; they assured me that the pool would be open, which isn't the case. I'm starting to suspect it was a tactic to attract tenants to the townhomes and apartments. The pool is listed as an included amenity and should not be part of the rent if it's unavailable. Unfortunately, I won't be renewing my lease here.
