Hickory Creek Apartments

I have live in this complex for several years. Carlos has consistently been reliable and responsive whenever maintenance is needed. He works quickly while still doing the job thoroughly, and everything is always fixed properly the first time. He’s also very friendly and personable, which makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. We really appreciate his professionalism and the care he puts into his work. He a great person to have on the team.

The maintenance team is great here. Very responsive and respectful of the units and tenants. They do a wonderful job. Carlos has been out to my unit twice and he is always doing his best work. Having an A+ maintenance team is the backbone to having a great apartment complex. Thank you again Carlos!

Had a leaky tub faucet upon move in. Maintenance came and handled the issue within 24 hours of the compliant. Maintenance guy was very kind and personable. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Columbus/ Westerville area. Lots of great amenities and good pricing for rent. Both Franchesca Lino (leasing consultant) and the rest of the team worked hard to assist me with my move from Illinois back to Ohio.

While I know my 5-star review will be credited to Hickory Creek Apartments as a whole, I want to make it clear that Carlos Santana (head of maintenance) is the heart and soul of this place. I've lived here for almost 8 years, and I constantly see Carlos all the time working with such a positive and friendly attitude. Carlos brings such value to Hickory Creek, and he is always willing to help! Hickory Creek is a very large property, and it is surprising that the maintenance team is so small (I think only 3 guys), but they are all great! I really appreciate the extra effort that Carolos puts into the work he does the residents, units and the property. THANK YOU, CARLOS!

We moved in on the 29th of Dec so far so good. Everything has been amazing. Shootouts to Mallory And the other yung lady that works at the desk upfront and thx to there manager Bethany The maintenance man was also amazing definitely good energy very respectful and see to your needs to make sure everything is done and working well
