Hickory Creek Apartments and Townhomes

Aaron in the maintenance staff has been excellent. Our heater stopped working last night and he fixed it the same day. On another occasion our front door knob got jammed and he fixed it as well as another issue he found with the doorway. The door worked better than when we first moved in. We feel very grateful that he has put so much attention to fixing things correctly and promptly.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. From the very beginning, the management was misleading. The website listed a $400 deposit, but I was suddenly asked to pay $3,500. When I couldn’t, they pushed me into paying a one-time $850 fee through Jetty because I “had no other choice.” When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, full of spiders, cobwebs, and later cockroaches. Maintenance was unprofessional and kept closing tickets without actually fixing anything. The AC never worked properly, the bathroom toilet took more than 10 days to repair, and the staff constantly ignored our requests. The worst part was the pest-control situation—no one told us we had to empty the kitchen cabinets, then they tried to charge us for rescheduling. They even removed electrical covers and left them off

We did a review back then and they deleted our review. I stated how there was bug infestation. Eggs all in the cabinet. Our faucet was never fixed before we moved in even though that was on the work order. The person upstairs tub was leaking all into ours. We had put in a work order to get our tub fixed BEFORE moving in because we walked the apartment and it was never fixed. When they did fix it we had to leave because the smell was so strong and I just had our baby in the same week. We had a spider problem the first manager had to clean our windows because it was never cleaned when we moved in. I still have proof of all pictures and videos from living there. Why delete the comment if it’s nothing but the truth. People live there and are going through it everyday. Fix the main issues. We h

Rebecca is an awesome person, met her in the office she was awesome to work with. Toured the property and I loved all the amenities. Very nice pool and gym. I believe this is a great place for families.
