Hi-Tone Lofts

Very nice inside and very clean. Close to several restaurants and places to get a drink. Internet is very good though COX, electric is very cheep since it usually stays around 70 to 73 on its own. My only complaint and this could be at any apartment complex, but since we are so close to the bars almost every weekend you find broken beer bottles in the area we park and I've allready had 3 door dings and someone hit my car in parking lot( probably drunk) and busted out my brake light. Alot of foot trafic through the parking lot. So ya that's the only problem. But as far as the actual unit I love it but will probably move at end of my lease because of the parking situation. Getting packages delivered here rarely fails to be among the most inconvenient apartment living experiences I've had. Aside from packages, the unit prices are competitive, the appliances are up-to-date, and the location is nice. The community manager being praised in older reviews has since moved to a different property; I cannot say how the new management does in comparison.

HiTone is TRUE urban living at its finest. The meshing of historic warehouse with modern conveniences creates an authentic experience. Walkable to the best eateries and bars in Old Town only elevates the cool factor. Local management is attentive and courteous.

We love living here! The location is great. Management is excellent. The design/style is clean, artistic, and beautiful.

Moved to the area from out of state and Brisa made everything so easy and was very helpful and professional. She quickly answered all my questions and sent multiple videos of the beautifully renovated building and the floor plan I was interested in renting. Love the apartment (first time renting where I did have to change the shower head!!) and the walkable Old Town area, so much to do and enjoy. 100% recommend Hi-Tone Lofts.
