Hi-Point Apartments

Hi- Point was my home for 5 years. I would still be there if we didn’t move for a job. The office staff is so friendly and really engages with you to try to fix issues or just take a minute to catch up with you. Maintenance was very prompt and putting on orders was super easy. The community was very friendly, it was an ideal place to welcome our child and let her grow in. The grounds are always well maintained and there was always some event planned for tenants. This is a great place to call home.

Do not move here. That is, of course, unless you like paying 2020 prices for 1990's apartments. The view was great, community was nice, maintenance staff were friendly and efficient, but that's about it. We almost were unable to move in a year ago because we were told one price prior to move-in day and were met with a substantially higher price on the day of move-in. We paid $845 a month for a "luxury two bedroom" apartment. The only luxury thing about it was the vaulted ceilings. Extremely outdated appliances, counter tops, and bathrooms. They say that they expect the carpet to last 5 years however it wore down in a matter of months from every day walking...so they charge you to replace the carpet in the entire unit. Do not live here if you have pets, especially young or elderly pets who

Been here are a year and will definitely renew my lease. Apt complex is always clean, well maintained, safe and quiet. Office staff always honest, friendly and helpful. Paid my deposit and was approved with no issues. Best place i have ever lived.

They talk you into paying the $50.00 non-refundable application fee by talking up your chances of renting with them, " You have great employment history, great rental history, and a qualifying income so a perfect credit score won't be a key factor". Then the next day call to say, "we're sorry we can't rent to you... your credit score doesn't meet our qualifications." $50.00 in their pockets and credit points taken from the credit score I've been working on rebuilding for months.

Certainly a 5 🌟 from me! High Point Apartments have been home for me this year. My experience from the beginning of meeting the staff and signing lease, maintenance, community planning and activities, and especially the neighbors I continue to meet! If you are seeking a new apartment or a change in living this is your Place!!!
